MSP Program Specialist | Stockholm | Hybrid About the Role As an MSP Program Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the contingent workforce program and ensuring an exceptional experience for both Hiring Managers and suppliers. Acting as the main point of contact, you will coordinate the end-to-end process from requisition management through onboarding while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and driving operational excellence. Location & Working Model 📍 Location: Stockholm, Sweden🏢 Hybrid working model:1 day per week at the client site1-2 days per week from our office2-3 days per week working remotely Key Responsibilities Stakeholder & Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) between Hiring Managers and suppliers throughout the contingent workforce lifecycle.Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Manage stakeholder expectations and support issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.Drive strong supplier partnerships to improve responsiveness, quality, and service delivery.Support Hiring Managers by understanding their business needs, projects, and workforce requirements. Program & Requisition Management Manage day-to-day program operations and ensure smooth execution of contingent workforce processes.Coordinate requisitions from creation through fulfillment while meeting established SLA and Time-to-Fill targets.Monitor requisition progress and proactively address bottlenecks.Support onboarding processes and ensure compliance with program requirements.Provide backup support for assigned programs and contribute to business continuity. Data Quality & Process Excellence Validate and maintain accurate workforce data within VMS systems.Ensure accuracy of pay rates, bill rates, job codes, timesheets, and other critical program data.Monitor process compliance and maintain high-quality standards.Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions.Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and service quality. Reporting & Analysis Analyze program metrics, operational performance, and workforce data.Review reports and statistics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Support invoice validation, issue resolution, and DSO-related activities.Use data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Program Growth & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for program expansion and increased MSP utilization.Partner with Hiring Managers to understand recurring workforce needs and future hiring plans.Promote best practices and provide consultative guidance on contingent workforce solutions.Deliver presentations, process training, and program updates to internal and external stakeholders.Actively challenge existing ways of working and recommend smarter, more efficient solutions. What We're Looking For Experience in MSP, contingent workforce management, talent acquisition, recruitment operations, staffing, vendor management, HR services, or a related field.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Ability to effectively coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and priorities.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.Experience working with systems, operational data, and reporting tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
