Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karlskoga, focusing on multiple areas within EURENCO’s operations and commercial activities. The role typically includes supporting sales initiatives, managing relationships with strategic customers, and contributing to contract negotiations across relevant markets. Day-to-day responsibilities may involve analyzing market data and customer needs, preparing technical and commercial documentation, and coordinating internal resources to deliver tailored solutions. The role also includes contributing to training activities for internal teams or clients and ensuring clear, effective communication between technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders. The position is designed for individuals who can work collaboratively on-site, support cross-functional projects, and help strengthen EURENCO’s presence in key markets. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities, customer requirements, and performance data.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with customers and partners.Sales and negotiation skills to support business development, manage proposals, and contribute to closing agreements.Training skills to support knowledge transfer, prepare training materials, and deliver sessions for internal teams or customers.Experience in defense, security, or industrial sectors is an asset, especially with complex technical products.Ability to work on-site in Karlskoga, collaborate in an international environment, and adapt to evolving priorities.Relevant post-secondary education in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Proficiency in English; additional European languages are beneficial.
