No.36 Ambassador | Concierge TeamWe’re looking for No.36 Ambassadors to join our Concierge Team in Stockholm on a flexible, part-time basis. Ambassadors represent No.36 at our private events and play an important role in making sure every member feels welcomed, comfortable and looked after.You’ll help create the atmosphere in the room, get to know our members, facilitate thoughtful introductions and support the wider team in delivering memorable No.36 experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:Welcoming and engaging with members at No.36 eventsSupporting planned private introductions between membersNaturally connecting people and helping conversations beginCreating a warm, inclusive and inviting atmosphereSupporting guest communication, check-in and event logisticsWorking alongside the Concierge and Membership Team during eventsGathering member feedback and observations following experiencesIdentifying opportunities to improve the member experienceSupporting new event concepts and social initiativesRepresenting No.36 with discretion, warmth and professionalism Our calendar includes everything from lunches and daytime experiences to dinners, evening gatherings and selected weekend events, so the role suits someone looking for flexible work around another commitment. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect naturally with different personalitiesWarm, socially confident and comfortable approaching new peopleExperience in hospitality, events, customer service or another member-facing environment is beneficialExcellent verbal and written English; Swedish proficiency is preferredProfessional, discreet and comfortable handling sensitive member interactionsOrganised, reliable and able to manage multiple responsibilities during an eventComfortable working on-site in Stockholm with flexibility across daytime, evenings and selected weekendsExperience within premium hospitality, concierge services, private members clubs or lifestyle brands is highly beneficialA genuine interest in people, connection and creating thoughtful social experiences Above all, we’re looking for people who can read a room, make others feel at ease and genuinely enjoy bringing people together.
