OEM Data & Content Manager

We're building something the automotive world has never seen.

Phyron's AI generates personalised, immersive video tours of every car on a dealership's lot, automatically. We're live across 30+ countries, growing fast, and the product genuinely works. Dealers love it. Buyers convert. The momentum is real.

We're looking for an OEM Data & Content Manager to own them day-to-day: building the coverage we need, securing the sources, and creating the brand knowledge to stay on-brand.

The job

We think it's worth being honest about the environment you'd be joining, so you can make a good decision. This function doesn't exist yet, our senior stakeholders will set the direction and priorities, and you'll build the day-to-day process that gets there.

Four Things You'll Own

Coverage and data quality. Own coverage against Phyron's OEM data and asset standard for every supported OEM, model, year, derivative and colour — the right data plus the full asset set (12+ images, all colours, correct logos and badges, B-roll where available). Keep it mapped and current as models and specs change, and work with Product and Engineering to close gaps in the underlying data model.Sourcing, access and rights. Secure the best sources for imagery, video, specs and metadata: OEM portals, APIs and feeds, data providers, DAM platforms and licensing partners. Build the direct OEM relationships and agency access that get us new-model assets earlier, and document licensing and usage rights for every asset.Brand knowledge. Build and maintain a structured Brand Book per OEM — logo, typography, colour, imagery and video rules, tone, disclaimers and market specifics — and work with to make that knowledge usable so generated content stays on-brand automatically.Content supply and library. Spot gaps existing assets can't fill, brief the production needed, and build scalable workflows that reduce traditional production. Own the central content library: named, tagged, searchable, rights-tracked and current.

What we're looking for

Experience managing content or data at scale in an environment where completeness and accuracy really matter — for example automotive, e-commerce catalogs, DAM/PIM systems, or similar structured-content operationsA structured-data mindset and sharp attention to detail, so a mismapped trim bothers youAbility to set up and run day-to-day operational processes, without an existing playbook to followComfort working across international markets, including European model lineupsRelationship and licensing awareness: comfortable in an OEM marketing conversation and in a data feed alikeExcellent written and spoken English.

Useful: agency experience, brand book and brand compliance work, hands-on experience with OEM media portals, vehicle databases, PIM or DAM platforms; familiarity with AI content pipelines; existing OEM contacts or licensing negotiation experience.

Being straight with you

We check in, we don't check up. The role is equal parts relationship and detail — one hour you're chasing agency access from an OEM marketing team, the next you're deep in a data feed working out why a derivative isn't mapping. We work asynchronously across time zones and the pace is quick, with ideas moving fast from discussion to live.

If you do your best work when you own how you get things done, this is a good place to be. If you need close direction and constant sign-off, this role will stretch you faster than is comfortable.

The details

Hybrid, based in Stockholm, with the right to work in Sweden. Full-time.

Occasional international travel to OEMs, events and shoots.

Interested?

Skip the generic cover letter. Tell us about a body of content or data you took from patchy to complete: what state it was in, what you changed, and how you knew you'd got there. We'll take it from there.

We'd love to hear from you.
