Supply Chain DirectorWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on Supply Chain Director to lead and develop our end-to-end supply chain—from suppliers and warehouse operations to kitting and final customer delivery. You will be responsible for building an efficient, flexible and scalable supply chain that supports customer demand and the company’s growth ambitions, while working closely with internal teams, suppliers and external service partners. Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute a multi-quarter supply chain strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives and key resultsPlan, prioritise and manage departmental resourcesEnsure hardware is delivered on time, within scope and according to customer requirementsTake ownership of warehouse operations, inventory management and kittingMaintain the right stock levels while reducing unnecessary cost and capital tied up in inventoryEstablish and monitor relevant KPIs for delivery performance, cost, quality and stockManage suppliers, logistics providers and service partners in line with the company’s strategyEstablish and maintain clear, up-to-date SLAs with external partnersWork closely with the Sales Back Office team to ensure high customer satisfactionProactively identify risks, improvement opportunities and solutions that support the company’s strategy and roadmap Who we are looking forYou are a structured and commercially minded leader with experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or operations. You are comfortable working at both a strategic and operational level and have a strong ability to turn plans into measurable results.You have experience managing suppliers and partners, balancing stock levels and improving operational processes. You communicate clearly, collaborate well across teams and thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities may change.As English is the working language across the company, fluency in both written and spoken English is required.Experience with hardware deliveries, technology products, kitting or international supplier networks is an advantage. What success looks likeYou have established a clear and well-functioning supply chain strategy, improved delivery reliability and created a cost-efficient setup that can scale up or down as needed.
