If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Finance Operations is the operational backbone connecting Cloud Protection's sales and finance functions. We're looking for a Operational Business Service Specialist to join the team and take ownership of order processing, invoicing, and customer/partner account management across our core systems.This is a great fit if you're service-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning end-to-end processes in a fast-moving, international environment. As a specialist, you'll be expected to work independently all types of cases (from standard to complex), contribute to process improvements and participate in building a new independent company.You'll be part of a positive, collaborative international team. The role reports to the Head of Finance and is based at our Helsinki office.As Cloud Protection demerged recently from WithSecure, the role has an “entrepreneurial” component in it: you will start very close to the WithSecure Operational Business Services Team and gradually gain ownership of the Cloud Protection own processes. Key Responsibilities
- Order & Invoicing Management — Process sales orders and manage invoicing for Cloud Protection partners and customers, including more complex scenarios such as multi-year deals, multi-org deals, corrections, and exceptions.• Customer & Partner Onboarding — Review and validate onboarding submissions, set up customer and partner accounts across relevant systems, and ensure accounts are correctly configured to enable invoicing and service delivery.• Account & Data Maintenance — Maintain accurate customer, partner, and order data across Salesforce and finance/billing systems, ensuring records stay clean and audit-ready.• Access & Entitlement Management — Verify customer entitlements (e.g., support tiers) and manage access provisioning to relevant customer/partner portals.• Asset Lifecycle Support — Handle asset transfers between owners, process downgrades, and manage order cancellations, ensuring changes don't create unintended contract or billing issues.• Cross-functional Support — Act as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries on product availability, order requirements, and delivery/billing conditions, liaising with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams as needed.• Process Building & Improvement — Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies in order-to-cash workflows and contribute suggestions or documentation improvements to the company.
What are we looking for? Experience & background• 2–4 years of experience in order management, billing/invoicing, customer service, or a similar operational/administrative role (ideally in a B2B or SaaS/technology environment)• Relevant academic background (e.g., Business Administration, IT, or similar) or equivalent practical experience• Hands-on experience with Salesforce is a strong advantage• Familiarity with billing/finance systems (e.g., Workday or similar) is a plus Skills• Fluent spoken and written English (Finnish not mandatory); other major European languages are a plus• Proficiency with MS Office• Confidence with the use of AI tools• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data accuracy• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, including during peak periods (e.g., month-end/quarter-end)• Comfortable working with ambiguity and troubleshooting non-standard cases Personal qualities• Service-minded and self-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving• Strong team player who also works well independently• Clear, professional communicator across departments and with external partners• Positive attitude and resilience under pressure What Success Looks Like• The wider order-to-cash processes are progressively and fully owned by Cloud Protection• Orders and invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner• Customer and partner account data remains accurate and consistent across systems• Escalations and exceptions are handled with minimal rework and clear communication• Contributes actively to smoother handoffs between Sales, Ops and Finance If you don’t tick every box above, don’t worry — we’re more interested in your potential and willingness to learn.The salary displayed on this page represents the starting point for the role.
