In this role, you will assist customers in-store and handle product shelfing. During weekdays, you will act as additional support during busy periods. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a tidy and organized sales area, updating product information, and communicating with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth operations. You will collaborate closely with the sales and logistics teams to provide timely, accurate service and a positive customer experience.QualificationsCustomer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with diverse customers.Basic sales and retail skills, including assisting with purchases, handling inquiries, and supporting promotional activities.Basic computer skills and ability to learn company systems for order entry, inventory checks, and documentation.Reliability and flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules and workload.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in Finnish and good command of English; other language skills are an advantage.Prior experience in retail, customer service, or logistics support is beneficial but not strictly required.
