This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building payroll and HR administration processes from the ground up while supporting our expansion in Europe.You'll work closely with HR, Finance and our external payroll provider to ensure accurate and compliant payroll administration for our employees in Sweden. What you'll do You'll take ownership of the internal payroll process, including: Managing the monthly payroll process together with our external payroll providerCollecting, validating and submitting payroll inputReviewing payroll results and coordinating corrections where neededManaging payroll administration related to new hires, salary changes, bonuses, benefits, vacation, sick leave and parental leaveCoordinating payroll-related reporting and paymentsEnsuring compliance with Swedish payroll regulations, including AGI, employer contributions and tax reportingAdministering occupational pensions and employee insurance (Collectum, Fora or similar)Acting as the main point of contact for payroll providers, pension providers, insurance companies and authoritiesSupporting the development of scalable payroll and HR administration processes as we continue to grow We're looking for someone who hasSeveral years of hands-on experience with Swedish payrollExperience working with an external payroll providerStrong knowledge of Swedish payroll legislation and employment administrationExperience with AGI, employer contributions and the Swedish tax accountExperience with Collectum, Fora or similar pension and insurance administrationGood understanding of collective bargaining agreements and payroll-related employment legislationExcellent Excel and systems skillsFluent Swedish and good EnglishThe right to work in Sweden It would be a bonus if you also have:Experience from an international organisationExperience supporting a newly established Swedish companyExperience building payroll processes, controls and annual payroll calendarsExperience working closely with both HR and FinanceExperience supporting both white-collar and blue-collar employees Who you areYou're someone who enjoys taking ownership and making things work.
