Role Description This part‑time, remote role is designed for someone who loves developing people. You’ll guide clients through structured coaching frameworks, leadership development tools, and values‑aligned planning processes as they build or expand their own online businesses. You’ll facilitate virtual coaching sessions, lead online workshops, and support clients with goal setting, business planning, and implementation. You’ll help them establish digital business foundations, understand simple marketing practices, grow their audience, and create sustainable daily routines that support both business growth and personal wellbeing. You’ll also maintain accurate client records, track progress, and contribute to the evolution of our coaching materials and digital resources. Collaboration with our global team through virtual sessions is essential to ensure program consistency, community connection, and a supportive, inclusive environment for clients worldwide. This role suits individuals with experience in education, coaching, training, personal development, business development, sales, marketing, or HR - people who thrive working independently, love helping others grow, and value remote, flexible work. Qualifications Strong coaching and development capability, with experience supporting individuals through personal growth, business planning, or entrepreneurial transitions Excellent communication skills - active listening, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to facilitate structured, supportive coaching conversations Knowledge of online business, leadership development, foundational marketing, audience building, or values‑aligned planning Experience in personal development, coaching, wellness, leadership development, or business‑focused training Comfortable working remotely across diverse cultures and time zones Relevant qualifications and a commitment to client confidentiality and ethical standards Benefits Build your success from anywhere.
