Perp DEX Business Development Manager (Crypto, Affiliate Driven)

Job Description:1. Find and select the top KOLs and copy traders via data analysis, personal connections, or offline workshop, conference; reach the deal on cooperation to bring company top affiliates;2. Create the best-of-best cooperation mode to help with the branding and promotion of compang, bring users, and revenue;3. Keep a good relationship with KOLs to build deep affiliate cooperation with KOLs4. Optimize the cooperation proposal according to the cooperation result to ensure a high ROI for each cooperation

Requirements:1. Fluent in English, one year experience in business development or KOL operation in financial trading platform, candidates with KOLs resources are preferred;2. Familiar with blockchain industry, strong work experience in business development, candidates who have worked for strong Perp DEXes (Pacifica, Grvt, Lighter, Aster, EdgeX, Paradex etc)3. Professional in different kinds of cooperation modes with KOLs and the related ROI, strong negotiation skills, can bring company the top and secondary KOLs4. Honest, motivated and ambitious, and be responsible for the ROI of each cooperation.
