Principales fonctions
As Plant Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the site's:
Manufacturing Operations Quality & Food Safety Maintenance & Engineering Capital Investment Projects Environmental Compliance Health & Safety Financial Performance
You will lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure the delivery of high-quality products while driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, employee engagement and sustainable growth.
You will also collaborate closely with colleagues and experts across Europe and North America.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the site leadership team and manufacturing workforce Define and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, environmental and occupational safety standards Manage production performance through clear KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives Oversee CAPEX and OPEX budgets and support strategic investments Drive operational excellence, cost optimization and productivity improvements Lead environmental and sustainability initiatives Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability, talent development and employee engagement Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Compétences techniques
Requis
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, maintenance and industrial processesExperience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365, SAP or equivalent)Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning and capital project management
Un atout
Familiarity with food safety and quality standards such as GMP, GFSI, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001
