Post-Merger Integration Lead – Commercial Focus I’m currently supporting a global industrial / specialty chemicals organisation on a confidential search for a Post-Merger Integration Lead (M&A) – Commercial Focus. This is a senior opportunity for an experienced M&A / PMI professional who can take ownership of the commercial integration of acquired businesses, from integration strategy through to execution and value realisation. The role will focus on:• Developing commercial / go-to-market integration strategies• Driving identified deal synergies and value creation• Defining KPIs, value drivers and integration priorities• Leading complex cross-functional integration initiatives• Working directly with business leaders and acquired companies• Identifying risks, removing barriers and keeping integrations on track• Presenting progress and key issues to senior / executive leadership• Helping develop and continuously improve the organisation’s M&A integration playbook We're looking for:• 8+ years of M&A integration, consulting or operational experience• 5+ years of direct M&A integration experience• Strong experience specifically within commercial / customer-facing integration• Proven experience delivering multiple acquisitions from an integration perspective• Hands-on experience with synergy realisation and value creation• Strong stakeholder, project and change management skills• Experience operating across complex, international organisations• Fluent English• Willingness to travel as required Location: EMEA Level: Senior Manager / DirectorCompany: Confidential If you have a strong track record in commercial M&A integration / PMI and are open to exploring a confidential opportunity, please get in touch directly or apply below.
