Private Markets Specialist

Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on. We are now hiring a Private Markets Specialist, based in Stockholm or New York. In private markets, the most important information is said in meetings with founders and management, in calls with experts and in the discussions where investment decisions are made. Most of it is lost when the process ends. You will bring Syntrace to private market investors. You will understand how their teams source, evaluate and decide, shape how the product supports them and build relationships with the firms that will define the category. You will work closely with our Founding CRO and product team. Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. You will know why that matters to an investment team better than most. What you bring:

• Several years in private markets, investment banking or transaction advisory.- A clear understanding of how investments are sourced, evaluated and closed.- A strong network among investment firms is a plus.- The curiosity to move from financing companies to building one.

• A founding role at the intersection of investing and AI.- A senior team that has scaled companies before.- A product that solves a problem you have lived with yourself.
