Role Responsibilities
Design and author evaluation tasks simulating realistic production-management scenarios.Source, construct, and curate authentic production artifacts like budgets and contracts.Define comprehensive solutions based on multiple production constraints.Develop multi-item rubrics to evaluate nuanced decision-making and constraint management.Document processes and workflows in clear, precise written English.Collaborate with the project team to iterate on task design.
Requirements
Demonstrated mastery in film, television, digital, or live event production with of experience.Direct responsibility for managing and reconciling production budgets, call sheets, and contracts.Proven ability to coordinate with vendors and crew under tight constraints.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in crafting production documentation.Experience authoring or evaluating multi-criteria rubrics or technical assessment tools.
