Product Development Lead - Women's Wear Woven

As Product Development Lead for women's wear woven, you will play a key role in bringing our collections to life. Leading development across assigned product categories, you will ensure excellence in quality, craftsmanship, sustainability, cost, and delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Product Development Lead, your main contribution will be to drive a structured, efficient, and timely product development process across assigned product categories. Reporting to the Senior Product Development Manager, you will provide operational leadership throughout the development journey, ensuring alignment across teams, suppliers, timelines, and business objectives by:
Leading product development from design concept through pre-production within seasonal timelinesSourcing and developing materials in line with design vision, quality standards, and sustainability goalsDriving seasonal development meetings to ensure progress, alignment, and timely decision-makingParticipating in development and production fittings, providing guidance on fit, quality, and constructionManaging costing and margin reviews in partnership with the Senior Product Development ManagerAllocating styles across supplier base to optimize quality, capacity, and target costsEnsuring accurate product data and BOM maintenance in PLMMonitoring and managing seasonal development budgetsBuilding strong partnerships across teams and suppliers to successfully deliver collection objectives

Degree in fashion, textile, or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of product development experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashionStrong knowledge of garment construction, quality standards, and product development processesProven experience in costing, pricing, and supplier negotiationsAbility to translate design vision into commercially viable, high-quality productsExperience working with PLM systemsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExcellent written and spoken English
