Product Engineer
Job Description
Location: Järfälla, Sweden

In this role, you will play a key part in improving product yield, solving complex technical challenges, and supporting the transition of innovative products from development into volume production.
What You'll Do
As a Product Engineer, you will work cross-functionally with design, fabrication, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure robust and efficient production processes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Analyzing manufacturing and yield data to identify trends, optimize performance, and solve production challengesDriving root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions for yield and reliability issuesMonitoring production metrics and process stability using statistical methods and data-driven approachesSupporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by validating manufacturing processes and workflowsDeveloping and maintaining process documentation and product specificationsCollaborating with quality and reliability teams to ensure customer requirements are metContributing to continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, yield, and product qualityResponding to technical customer questions and supporting manufacturing-related investigations when required

Qualifications
Master's degree in Physics, Nanotechnology, Electronics, Integrated Circuits, Materials Science, or a related engineering fieldAt least 3 years of experience in a similar engineering role within a high-tech manufacturing environmentStrong experience working with data analysis and statistical methodsExperience using Python for engineering or manufacturing applicationsExperience with Power BI, Grafana, or similar visualization toolsHands-on experience with statistical software such as JMP, Minitab, or equivalent
Meritorious Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas is considered a strong advantage:
Semiconductor manufacturing or integrated photonicsMachine Learning applications in manufacturing or engineeringSQL and database queryingStatistical process control and advanced data analyticsLean Six Sigma certification, preferably Black BeltYield engineering, process integration, or advanced manufacturing environments
