Based in Helsinki, you'll be part of Songtradr's global Product & UX organisation, working across teams, markets and products with colleagues around the world. It's an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of global consumer experiences while joining Songtradr at an exciting stage of growth in Finland. — The role We're looking for a Product Manager to own the consumer experience across Songtradr's direct-to-fan products, with Bandcamp at the heart of the role. Bandcamp is a marketplace where fans buy music directly from artists and labels. It's built around ownership: when a fan buys music, they own it. They can download it, play it and keep it in a collection that grows with every purchase. As a Product Manager, you'll own that consumer journey end to end – from someone's first visit and purchase to the experience that keeps them coming back to discover and support more artists. Alongside Bandcamp, your scope will include other consumer products across the Songtradr portfolio. You'll own areas including: Getting started: sign-up, onboarding, fan accounts and profilesDiscovery to retention: the conversion funnel and experiences that bring fans backThe fan's relationship with their music: collections, playback, wishlists and followsThe fan mobile appNotifications and lifecycle communicationsFan subscriptions Payments, search and recommendation quality, and seller-facing tools are owned by neighbouring teams – you'll own the surfaces they show up on. — What you'll do You'll have end-to-end product ownership across these consumer surfaces, combining customer insight, data and commercial thinking to decide what we build and why. You'll: Own the feature roadmap across the consumer experience and key commercial momentsLead discovery through user research, interviews and data analysisImprove conversion and retention through A/B testing and experimentationMeasure impact through fan feedback, analytics and commercial data, adapting plans based on what you learnWork closely with design and engineering to frame problems, set scope and turn ideas into products that shipUse AI tools across product work, from research and prototyping to documentation and analysis — What we're looking for Ideally, you'll bring: 3+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of a consumer-facing digital product with real users and commercial outcomesA track record of improving conversion, engagement or retention, with the ability to explain what drove the resultsExperience with product discovery and experimentation, including user research, data analysis and A/B testingExperience working closely with engineering and design teams, with enough technical fluency to frame problems, make pragmatic decisions and work effectively on a large, established platformStrong written and verbal communication skills in an international environmentComfort using AI tools as part of your everyday product work Experience in music, media, marketplaces, mobile apps, lifecycle messaging or subscription products is a plus, but not a requirement. We don't expect you to tick every box.
