Job Title: Product Manager / Clinical Marketing, EMEALocation: Remote, Europe Overview:Scientia Talent have partnered with a VC-backed surgical technology scale-up whose product is the first genuine innovation in its category for decades. Their next-generation platform secured CE/MDR approval last year and is launching across Europe now, with exceptional clinical feedback from the surgeons using it. The business is established, well funded, and recently closed a further funding round. With adoption accelerating across their European distributor network, they are now looking for a Product Manager, EMEA to work alongside their Commercial Officer as the frontline clinical-commercial presence in the field. The role starts close to the action, supporting distributors, covering cases and building relationships with surgeons, and grows into downstream marketing and market development as your knowledge of the business builds. For someone who has been running a single country, this is a genuine step up to an EMEA remit. Key responsibilities: Act as the frontline presence with distributors and priority accounts across Europe, driving relationship momentum and account progressionProvide case coverage and field presence at priority accounts, including deal-critical evaluationsProactively support distributors: training, objection handling, joint visits and launch readiness, earning your place as the person they callBuild relationships with surgeons and theatre teams, identifying the clinical champions who will underpin future evidence and advocacy workFeed structured field intelligence back to the business as recommendations, not raw reporting, shaping commercial strategyGrow into downstream marketing and market development: evidence generation, KOL relationships, congress activity and content Essential requirements: 5+ years in medical devices in commercial, clinical-commercial or field clinical roles, titles matter less than evidenceSubstantial time in the operating room or procedural environment: case presence, evaluations, surgeon and theatre-team trainingDemonstrable evidence of building credible relationships with senior surgeons and senior stakeholdersA track record of proactively driving relationships and outcomes, rather than waiting to be directedExperience of capital equipment sales cycles and comfort with regular international travel What’s on offer: Competitive base salary plus bonus and benefitsA genuine EMEA remit and step up for someone who has been running a single country or regionHigh visibility: you'll work directly with the Commercial Officer, CEO and board from day oneThe chance to take a genuinely differentiated technology from early commercial rollout and stamp your name on its growthLean, autonomous, low-bureaucracy environment where you're trusted to build
