Day-to-day ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & VisionDefine and own the mobile product roadmap aligned with business goals and EU FinTech market trendsConduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunitiesTranslate business objectives into a clear, actionable product visionBuild and prioritize the product backlog using data-driven decision-making Conception & DiscoveryLead product discovery workshops with stakeholders, customers, and technical teamsDefine user personas, customer journeys, and Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) frameworksCo-create wireframes and prototypes with UX/UI designersValidate hypotheses through user interviews, usability tests, and A/B experiments Development & DeliveryWork closely with cross-functional Agile squads (iOS, Android, Backend, QA, UX)Write clear Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance CriteriaFacilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectivesMake trade-off decisions on scope, quality, and timeline to ensure on-time delivery Launch & Go-To-MarketDefine and execute mobile app launch strategies across EU marketsCollaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for successful releasesMonitor KPIs post-launch (DAU, MAU, retention, conversion, NPS) and iterateLead phased rollouts, beta programs, and feature flag management Compliance & Regulatory AlignmentEnsure compliance with EU regulations: PSD2, GDPR, EBA Guidelines, AML/KYCCollaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams throughout the product lifecycleMaintain awareness of upcoming regulatory changes impacting mobile financial services Who Are We Looking ForMust-Have5+ years of Product Management experience in FinTech, Banking, or PaymentsProven track record delivering mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) from concept to launchStrong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSPO certification is a plus)Experience working in the European market with knowledge of EU regulations (PSD2, GDPR, DORA)Ability to write structured User Stories, Epics, and PRDsStrong analytical skills – comfortable with data dashboards and metrics toolsExcellent communication skills in English (additional EU language is a strong plus) Nice-to-HaveExperience with mobile payment solutions, digital wallets, or card issuing productsKnowledge of Open Banking APIs and PSD2 technical standards (SCA, TPP)Background in UX research or design thinkingFamiliarity with PCI-DSS, OAuth, or biometric authentication standardsKnowledge of card scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard) or issuing/acquiring processesProficiency with tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Amplitude Perks & BenefitsPension planHealth contributionHealth check – Every 2:nd yearPrivate Health Care Insurance (EuroAccident)Parental pay and 12 months pension during parental leaveOpportunity to hybrid working according to company standardBenefit portal with many great offers, plus more.
