Success is measured by movement in the numbers and the impact of the product decisions you make. What you'll ownOwn the tribe's key results and growth metrics, identifying issues early and changing course when performance is flat.Develop and coach 2–3 Product Managers, helping them become stronger at problem framing, evidence-based decision making, customer discovery and independent ownership.Define the 3-year product direction for acquiring, verifying, funding and reactivating customers, translating this into annual pillars and quarterly priorities.Lead the portfolio across Onboarding and Payments, making trade-offs, sequencing investment and stopping initiatives that aren't delivering.Build a culture of experimentation, continuous discovery and rapid release, while protecting a small number of longer-term strategic bets.Work closely with Commercial, Compliance, Finance and Operations, bringing stakeholders into decisions early rather than treating them as approval functions.Own the transition from Growth into the wider customer journey, including the handoff to teams responsible for funded and active customers. What we're looking forWe're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:Personal ownership of a measurable product outcome, including having missed a target and being able to explain what you learned and changed.Experience owning a growth, onboarding or payments metric in a regulated or high-friction environment.Experience in CFDs, online trading, crypto, betting, lending, remittance or a similarly regulated sector.A track record of developing junior Product Managers, with specific examples of how you've improved their capability.Experience increasing a team's release and experimentation cadence from a relatively low starting point.A genuine continuous discovery mindset, including regular direct conversations with customers.Strong commercial understanding, including unit economics, cost per funded account, payment costs and payment mix.The ability to influence Compliance, Finance, Commercial and Operations without relying on formal authority. The ability to build product strategy from a blank sheet rather than simply working from an existing framework.Nice to haveCFD / online brokerage experience.Experience managing multi-market payment flows and PSP relationships.Experience building experimentation capabilities or infrastructure from scratch. The profileThis role will suit an experienced product leader who wants genuine ownership of a growth agenda — someone comfortable moving between strategy, commercial outcomes, customer problems and team development. If you're currently leading Growth, Onboarding, Payments or a similar product function within trading, fintech or another regulated environment, we'd be interested in speaking with you.Apply confidentially for further details.
