You’ll shape the product vision, identify high-value use cases and work closely with engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders to develop AI solutions that support real-world manufacturing operations. The wider function supports a global network of 40+ manufacturing sites, delivering billions of medicines and vaccines each year. What You’ll Bring5–10 years’ experience as a business-facing Product Owner.Experience delivering enterprise AI/LLM products, ideally from concept through to production.Strong understanding of Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, guardrails and evaluation.Experience working closely with engineering, data science and business teams.Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear product requirements and business outcomes.Experience in enterprise environments where security, governance and validation are important.
