PRODUCT SPECIALIST, EUROPE We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our Service and Product Concept team for a one-year fixed-term parental leave replacement based at our head office in Kalasatama, Helsinki. What you will be doing In this role, you will support workwear product development by coordinating technical parts of the development projects, managing product data, and working closely with a broad network of internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key part in ensuring that our products, platforms, and technical documentation support our business goals and customer needs in the European market area. Your main responsibilities:Supporting Product Managers in product and product concept planningCoordinating product and platform development projectsManaging and maintaining product data in digital systems and toolsEnsuring the availability and quality of technical product documentationGuiding manufacturing readiness for new product typesCoordinating suppliers and other internal and external stakeholdersDriving continuous improvement and customer-driven product development initiatives What helps you shine in this role? We are looking for a development-oriented textile professional who enjoys learning new things and turning ideas into practical solutions. You are curious about new technologies and AI, comfortable working with data and digital tools, and excited about shaping the future of workwear together with colleagues and partners across Europe. To thrive in this role, you have:A relevant bachelor’s degree3+ years of experience in product development, product data management, or a similar roleExperience working with industrial garment production processes; workwear experience is considered an advantageA good understanding of and some hands-on experience in garment construction, sewing, pattern making, and gradingA strong digital mindset and interest in utilizing new technologies in your daily workAdobe Illustrator (or equivalent vector program) and 3D design software skillsAn independent, proactive approach combined with excellent collaboration and communication skills in English Your key people You will work closely with product experts, designers, business units, suppliers, and customers across Europe.
