Production Assistant

Role Description This full-time, on-site Production Assistant role at SIGNWELL ® is based in Ekenäs. The Production Assistant supports daily production activities, including preparing materials, operating basic equipment, and assisting with assembly and finishing of signage and process labelling products. This role helps maintain organized workspaces, follows production schedules, and ensures orders are completed accurately and on time. The Production Assistant collaborates closely with the production team, communicates with colleagues about order status, and may assist with packaging and preparing items for delivery or pickup. The role also involves monitoring product quality, reporting issues, and following all safety and company procedures.QualificationsDemonstrated skills in Production Assistance, including supporting production workflows and handling materials safely and efficiently.Ability to perform Quality Control tasks, such as inspecting finished products and identifying defects or inconsistencies.Strong Customer Service orientation, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.Attention to detail in Editing and reviewing product specifications, labels, and order information.Proven Teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced production environment.Basic technical or mechanical aptitude; experience in manufacturing, printing, or signage production is an advantage.Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions and safety guidelines consistently.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
