Program Manager

Our client is looking for a Program Manager who can keep cloud delivery moving without drowning everyone in process. You’ll work across multiple cloud workstreams, making sure teams stay aligned, blockers get handled, and stakeholders actually know what’s going on. This isn’t a distant PMO role; you’ll be close to the engineering teams and the day‑to‑day delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end‑to‑end delivery across cloud initiatives. Keep timelines realistic, risks visible, and teams coordinated.Run steering sessions, keep leadership updated, and translate technical updates into clear, digestible information.Build and maintain delivery roadmaps across multiple workstreams. Spot dependencies early and avoid last‑minute chaos.Work with security, architecture, and compliance teams to ensure projects follow landing zone standards, IAM policies, and guardrails.Identify blockers, escalate when needed, and keep delivery momentum steady.Track spend, manage external partners, and ensure vendors deliver what they promised.Run ceremonies, align engineering squads, and keep communication tight across distributed teams. What You Bring:Background running cloud or infrastructure programs across GCP, AWS, or Azure.Comfortable with cloud concepts like landing zones, IAM, networking, security controls, and migration patterns.Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.Clear, direct, and able to keep teams and stakeholders aligned.Able to bring structure into messy situations quickly.Experience coordinating with nearshore/offshore teams.
