Project Assurance Manager – Gothenburg, Sweden

We are looking for an experienced Project Assurance Manager to support complex technical product-development projects within the automotive/transportation industry.

In this role, you will drive project planning, quality assurance, risk management and cross-functional alignment to ensure predictable and successful project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Secure and coordinate project gates, milestones and key deliverables Follow up project progress, timelines and dependencies Identify deviations and drive corrective actions Organize internal project audits and readiness reviews Create and maintain main project time plans and alternative scenarios Coordinate plans and integration points across related projects Lead project risk management activities and lessons learned Present project status and decision material to relevant stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, purchasing, production, quality and other functions

Required Experience

University degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management/product development Strong experience in project planning, milestones, project gates and progress follow-up Experience with risk and deviation management Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and/or Lean Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders

Experience from automotive, commercial vehicles or other complex engineering/product-development environments is highly valuable.
