About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to work closely with our CEO and ensure his assignments are addressed, tracked, and completed on time. Our CEO communicates and assigns tasks primarily through Slack, to department heads, team leaders, and individual team members across the company. You’ll capture those requests, clarify ownership and deadlines, and follow up until each task is resolved. You will spend the majority of your time in Slack, monitoring relevant conversations, checking progress, and making sure nothing gets buried or forgotten. You’ll also take initiative to resolve routine operational issues, connect the right people, and bring the CEO only the issues that require his attention. You should enjoy detailed, ongoing follow-up and feel comfortable communicating with people at every level of the organization. This is a Full-Time remote position. We are looking for an Project Coordinator, specifically with these requirementsExperience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar executive support, project coordination, or operations role.Experience working directly with founders, executives, or senior leaders.Strong written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.Hands-on experience using Slack daily to manage communication, task follow-ups, and coordination.Confidence following up with department heads, team leaders, and individual contributors.Excellent organization and attention to detail across multiple conversations and assignments.Comfort with spending most of the working day monitoring Slack, checking task status, and following up.Ability to process information quickly, clarify ambiguous requests, and adapt when priorities change.Sound judgment about what to handle independently and when to involve the CEO.A strong sense of ownership, reliability, and discretion.Experience working remotely and managing responsibilities without close supervision. Your responsibility will include (but not limited to)Monitor relevant Slack channels and threads for the CEO’s assignments, unanswered questions, missed action items, and stalled work.Capture assignments to anyone across the company and maintain visibility until they are completed or explicitly reprioritized.Turn conversations into actionable tasks with clear owners, deadlines, and expected outcomes.Clarify incomplete or ambiguous requests with the appropriate people.Follow up on behalf of the CEO with department heads, team leaders, and individual team members.Check progress before deadlines and follow through on overdue, unanswered, or blocked tasks.Maintain accurate task records with links to relevant Slack conversations.Keep updates in the appropriate shared channels and threads so progress is visible while respecting confidentiality.Identify blockers, gather missing information, and connect people who need to work together.Resolve routine operational issues within your remit, including coordinating tool access and practical support.Escalate unresolved delays, conflicting priorities, and decisions requiring the CEO’s attention.Provide concise Slack summaries of completed work, outstanding commitments, and issues requiring action.Confirm that the requested outcome has been delivered and close the loop with the relevant people.Suggest practical improvements that reduce missed assignments, communication gaps, and unnecessary follow-ups.
