Our Project Finance Manager (m/f/d) will work closely with the existing Project Finance Manager, report to Europe Finance Lead, and share full-lifecycle financial management workload for utility-scale BESS, C&I and residential energy storage EPC projects across Europe. You will be responsible for project financial evaluation, contract financial review, cash flow & AR management, EU local tax compliance, FX risk control and regular financial analysis. Cooperate with overseas sales, engineering, legal teams and local European financial & tax institutions to ensure stable financial operation of massive ongoing and new projects in Europe. Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial feasibility study, cost estimation and ROI modeling for European energy storage bidding projects.Review financial clauses of EPC, sales and procurement contracts.Take charge of full-project four-cost accounting including budget estimation, formal budgeting, real-time cost accounting, project settlement and final accounts, monitor full-cycle cost deviation strictly.Manage cross-border fund settlement, foreign exchange hedging, project cash flow planning and full-lifecycle accounts receivable management to reduce bad debt risk.Ensure full local financial & tax compliance across EU countries, handle VAT, corporate income tax declaration, coordinate local tax audit and transfer pricing arrangement; comply with CSRD & ESG financial disclosure requirements.Deliver monthly/quarterly project P&L analysis, cost overrun analysis and regional financial risk reports, propose targeted optimization solutions.Support overseas project financing, bank guarantee and letter of credit related financial work; optimize overall project capital cost.Build standardized financial SOP for European overseas projects and support internal & external annual audit. Requirements: Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or Economics; ACCA/CPA/CMA certification is preferred.8+ years finance working experience, 5+ years project finance experience in new energy/storage/photovoltaic industry; proven working experience in European energy storage projects is mandatory.In-depth knowledge of EU tax system, financial compliance rules and CSRD disclosure requirements; familiar with mainstream market policies in Germany, Spain, UK and Italy.Fluent English and Chinese in oral & written for daily cross-border communication, other European languages are considered a big plus.Proficientcy in SAP system and advanced Excel financial modeling.Strong risk awareness, cross-functional communication capability, able to work under pressure and accept short-term Europe business trips (up to 30% in peak times).
