Project Lead – Data Centre Construction | Helsinki, Finland We are recruiting an experienced Project Lead to join a major data centre construction programme near Helsinki, Finland. This is a senior, site-based delivery position requiring someone who can take ownership of programme, budget, multidisciplinary construction teams, subcontractors and client delivery from construction through commissioning and handover. Key ResponsibilitiesLead overall project delivery against programme, budget, quality and safety requirementsCoordinate CSA, MEP, design and commissioning teamsManage subcontractors, suppliers and consultantsMonitor critical milestones and implement recovery plans where requiredSupport procurement and long-lead equipment decisionsReview construction scope, pricing and subcontract estimatesManage commercial impacts arising from design and engineering changesLead client and project coordination meetingsOversee completion, commissioning interfaces and final project handover What We’re Looking For10+ years’ experience in senior construction/project deliveryStrong data centre or mission-critical construction experienceProven ownership of project programme and budgetExperience leading multidisciplinary teams and subcontractorsStrong commercial and procurement understandingExperience managing complex technical interfaces across CSA and MEPStrong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilityExperience through commissioning and handoverWillingness to work on site near Helsinki, Finland Direct data centre experience is strongly preferred, although candidates from similarly complex technical environments may be considered where they can demonstrate transferable project leadership.
