Project Lead

Headquartered in Dublin, we deliver projects across Europe and have become the most trusted name in our sector.Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Lead will be responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and technical expertise, with an emphasis on effective communication and stakeholder coordination.Reporting to: Project DirectorDuties:Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budget from inception through to completionOversee and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution of project activitiesAnalyse, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule delays and ensure timely deliveryReview and evaluate construction proposals, pricing, and scopes of workLead and facilitate client meetings and other required project coordination meetingsMonitor and report on factors that influence construction costs, preparing data-driven insights and recommendationsDemonstrate knowledge of construction procurement methods and manage long-lead equipment delivery schedulesReview, validate, and audit cost estimates prepared by subcontractors and other project stakeholdersSupport engineering and design decisions related to cost and budget during design-build changesTrack and verify equipment availability in line with the project scheduleCoordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews and ensure integration with project controlsReview and approve invoices, payment applications, and retention paymentsManage the handover process to the client, including close-out documentation, warranties, and final deliverables

Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role. Strong organisational, communication, and time management skillsProficient in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant project management toolsProven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate multidisciplinary project activitiesCommercially astute, with a strong understanding of project financial management and cost controlCapable of working under pressure to meet demanding schedules while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards
