Role Description This full-time Project Manager role at AEGIR TECHNOLOGY is an on-site position based in Stockholm. The Project Manager oversees project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, managing risks and issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and suppliers. The role also involves handling expediting activities, supervising inspections, aligning logistics with project milestones, and preparing regular status reports and documentation. The Project Manager contributes to continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and recommending process enhancements.Qualifications Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.Background in expediting and expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services from suppliers.Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control practices to verify that project outputs meet applicable standards and specifications.Competence in logistics management, including scheduling, shipment coordination, and inventory alignment with project timelines.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and risk management awareness.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with technical teams, suppliers, and clients.Proficiency in project management tools and general IT applications; familiarity with industry-specific software is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Prior experience in technology, engineering, or industrial projects, preferably in an on-site environment.
