Project Manager

Alexander Daniels Global is supporting a leading technology company looking for a technically capable Project Manager to lead end-to-end Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation projects for leading organisations within highly regulated and advanced manufacturing sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of smart factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives, helping manufacturers improve efficiency, quality, traceability, and operational performance. This position requires a hands-on approach. You'll not only coordinate project delivery and stakeholder engagement but also contribute to the configuration and implementation of MES solutions. Key Responsibilities*Lead end-to-end MES implementation projects across multiple manufacturing sites.*Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.*Act as the primary point of contact for customer project teams and key stakeholders.*Configure and support MES solutions as part of project delivery activities.*Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and manufacturing stakeholders.*Support system testing, deployment, training, and go-live activities.*Drive continuous improvement and ensure successful project outcomes. What We're Looking For*Native or professional-level French language skills.*5-10 years of experience in Project Management, MES Consulting, or Digital Manufacturing environments.*Proven experience delivering Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects.*Hands-on experience configuring and implementing MES platforms rather than purely managing projects.*Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.*Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced project environments.
