Project Manager - Atlassian Migration program
We are looking for a Project Manager to one of our clients within Banking & Finance.

Location: Stockholm (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
About the assignment
You will lead a strategic enterprise-wide migration of the Atlassian platform from on-premise to Atlassian Cloud. This high-visibility initiative involves multiple stakeholders across Technology, Security, Risk & Compliance, and Business functions, requiring strong governance and stakeholder management throughout the program lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end migration program from Atlassian Data Center/Server to Atlassian Cloud Define and manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies while coordinating cross-functional teams Establish governance structures, provide regular status reporting to senior management, and manage stakeholder engagement Ensure migration activities adhere to enterprise architecture, security, risk, and regulatory requirements Oversee testing, cutover planning, adoption, and transition to operational support
Profile & Qualifications
7-10 years of project/program management experience in complex organizations Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise transformation or migration projects Experience managing SaaS transformation initiatives or cloud migrations Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid models Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups and executive-level communications Experience managing projects with significant regulatory, risk, and security considerations Strong leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Required Skills
Agile Atlassian platform knowledge (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) Certifications like PMP/ PRINCE2 SAFe Experience in banking or financial services Cloud migration program experience Data residency and compliance knowledge
