We are looking for a Project Manager & Head of Implementation to join Ropo’s Project Office and take on a unique role that combines client project leadership with people leadership. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading both projects and people, and who is motivated by continuously improving ways of working. You will be responsible for leading client implementation and development projects while acting as the team manager for our Project Managers located in Finland. In you role, you are the bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical experts. You understand how people, processes, and technology come together to create successful change. What You'll Be DoingThis role combines hands-on project management with team leadership responsibilities. As a Project Manager, you will lead client implementation projects, development initiatives, and business transformation projects from planning through successful delivery. You will coordinate stakeholders across client organizations, business teams, technical specialists, and other key partners. At the same time, you will lead the Finnish Project Managers, supporting employee wellbeing, capability development, resource planning, and the continuous improvement of project management practices. The final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
