Project Manager - HW & SW

Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Project Manager with both HW & SW background to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden. The roleV.A.S. is responsible for collecting and consolidating the information, data, and work products needed to assess whether an Autonomous Transport Solution is ready for a sign-off recommendation or not. ResponsibilitiesDelivering complete, consistent, and high-quality documentation on time requires continuous follow-up and close coordination with all relevant stakeholders.The work is demanding from both project and technical perspectives, as it depends on broad expertise and the ability to ask the right questions at the right time.Coordinate the collection of evidence, needed information and work products from the clients teams and Autonomous Driving Partners.Maintain a clear overview of deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, milestones, and open issues.Review submitted documentation for completeness, consistency, traceability, and readiness.Follow up with stakeholders to close gaps, resolve conflicts, and secure deliverables on time.Organize technical and project reviews to assess readiness across the complete Autonomous Transport Solution.Identify and escalate risks, deviations, missing evidence, and unresolved decisions.Prepare a consolidated readiness assessment and sign-off recommendation for the relevant client decision forums.Maintain decision records and ensure that approved actions are tracked to closure. RequirementsAt least 15 years of experience in automotive systems, with proven expertise in Level 4 autonomous vehicle integration, validation, and sign-off.Demonstrated expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing complex automotive software and hardware systems.Extensive experience in systems engineering, requirements management, ISO 26262, and automotive development frameworks.Strong understanding of the automotive market and OEM–Tier supplier relationships, preferably including collaboration with external technology suppliers such as autonomous driving partners.Strong software and hardware development background in advanced driver-assistance and automated driving systems, including sensors, actuators, and vehicle-level system integration.Experience in both start-up and multicultural OEM environments, with exposure to business development, sales, marketing, and engineering leadership.
