Role OverviewLead complex, cross-functional project delivery across global pharmaceutical environments, driving governance, timeline, and budget management within strictly regulated frameworks. Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Delivery: Manage large-scale projects from initiation through closeout, meeting scope, budget, and schedule milestones.Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify delivery bottlenecks and implement mitigation plans before risks escalate.Global Coordination: Align diverse cross-border teams, driving clear communication and cross-functional ownership.Compliance & Quality: Enforce GxP standards, clinical compliance, and safety/quality protocols across all delivery phases.Continuous Improvement: Establish structured project frameworks and optimize processes to drive team efficiency. Key Requirements10+ Years Project Management: Proven experience delivering complex projects in multinational corporate environments (PMP/PRINCE2 preferred).Pharmaceutical & GxP Expertise: Deep domain knowledge of pharma regulations, GxP standards, and validated environments.QA/QC Background: Strong practical grounding in quality assurance and quality control operations.Clinical Domain Knowledge: Demonstrable familiarity with clinical project environments and workflows.LIMS Exposure: Working knowledge or prior implementation/system support experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). This is a fully remote (from Europe) 6 month freelance contract (multi-year scope).Start date : ASAP
