Project Operations Coordinator

Assignment DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support a large-scale technical rollout project covering approximately 200 geographically distributed locations over a six-month period.You will play a central role in planning and coordination, ensuring that the right resources, materials and information are available at the right location and at the right time.The role is highly coordination-focused and suits someone who is structured, proactive and comfortable managing many parallel activities while identifying risks and deviations early. What You Will Work OnCoordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholdersPlan and book meetings with individual locationsCoordinate inventories together with local teamsPlan staffing, materials and logistics according to project schedulesEnsure complete and accurate project data is collectedConsolidate collected data into supplier ordering documentationMaintain project schedules and timelinesCreate and maintain checklistsPerform continuous project status follow-upTrack progress across approximately 200 locationsIdentify and manage deviations and delaysEscalate risks and activities that may fall behind scheduleCoordinate rollout activities between local operations and suppliersSupport smooth execution of the technical replacement project What You BringExperience as a Project Coordinator, Rollout Coordinator or similarExperience from rollout/deployment projects involving many geographically distributed locationsExperience with logistics, inventory and ordering processesStrong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365Strong organizational and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple parallel activitiesExperience with planning resources, materials and schedulesStrong stakeholder communication skillsAbility to identify deviations and risks at an early stageFluent Swedish and English, both written and spokenAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasks
