Your future role

Get onboard and apply your Planning expertise within Project & Engineering Planning team, and strengthen Alstom Product Development!

Create, update and maintain schedules and baselineCollect time related progress information from stakeholdersMonitor progress and report status and potential delay to the core project team, and support dialogue on mitigation actionsLead/support root cause analysis for delaysLead/participate in periodic project schedule review sessionsPrepare standard schedule and progress reportsUpdate progress reports and standard KPIs in a timely mannerBe part of the project core teamContribute to continuous improvement within Planning community

All About You

We value passion and attitude, as well as experience. To be successful in this role, you rely on several of below attributes:

Experience in scheduling, project planning and or project managementCommunication skills and proactive approachEngineering or Business degreePractical skills in scheduling software tools (MS Project and/or Primavera P6 and/or Planisware)Practical skills in MS Office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Fundamental knowledge of the engineering or construction industriesFluency in English; good working knowledge in Swedish is a plusComfortable in international environmentAbility to adapt message and key takeaways to audience
