Venture Building — Hetmos Group We are looking for entrepreneurs with their own projects, as well as senior executive profiles, to build, finance and lead innovative companies together with our group in Stockholm and across the Nordics.The principle is simple: you bring the project, sector expertise and the ability to execute. We bring seed capital, commercial firepower, the ability to raise funding, and the infrastructure of a group already established in more than 15 countries.Available Positions CEO, CTO, CFO and CSO. Whether you already have a project identified, or want to take the lead on a project initiated by the Group. Sectors We Are Active In Fintech, M&A tech, legaltech and regtech, proptech, HR tech, insurtech, core banking, accounting automation and BPO, wealth management, data and AI applied to professional services, B2B marketplaces and cloud infrastructure. This list is not exhaustive. We are open to any innovative project, with particular preference for those complementary to our existing activities and able to leverage our current clients as first users — including our growing base of family businesses, entrepreneurs and private wealth structures across Stockholm and the Nordics. Compensation is based on an equity stake in the company created.
