Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) has a consulting assignment available for an experienced PVT Silicon Carbide Engineer to support the launch of a new Silicon Carbide manufacturing programme. CMC provides expert engineering solutions internationally across Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, Software and other advanced engineering disciplines. Join Our Latest Project We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer with expertise in manufacturing process control and optimisation to support a Silicon Carbide crystal growth operation. The consultant will be responsible for maintaining process stability, analysing production performance, troubleshooting deviations and supporting the continuous improvement of the Silicon Carbide growth process. The project involves PVT crystal growth technology and will require close collaboration with production, R&D and manufacturing teams. What We're Looking For 5+ years of relevant Process Engineering experience.Experience maintaining stable manufacturing processes.Strong Statistical Process Control (SPC) experience.Ability to analyse production and quality data.Experience identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.Experience optimising process parameters and production performance.Strong troubleshooting capability in manufacturing environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel internationally when required. Desirable Experience Direct experience with Silicon Carbide production.Experience operating or supporting PVT reactor technology.Experience with PVA TePla equipment.Experience growing Silicon or Sapphire substrates.Semiconductor manufacturing experience.Experience within pharmaceutical, MedTech, chemical processing or other highly controlled manufacturing environments.Experience supporting manufacturing scale-up activities.Experience working closely with production and R&D organisations.
