QA/QC MANAGER – FINLAND | 12-MONTH CONTRACTWe are currently looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to join a major General Contractor (GC) project in Finland.Location: FinlandDuration: 12 monthsPosition: QA/QC Manager – GC SidePackage:Flights providedAccommodation providedTravel/transport providedCompetitive contract rate12-month contractThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced QA/QC professional with proven experience working on major construction projects from the General Contractor/Main Contractor side.You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all QA/QC activities across the project, ensuring works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, standards, quality procedures and client requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the project QA/QC function from the GC sideDevelop and implement project quality plans and proceduresCoordinate inspections, testing and quality documentationEnsure compliance with project specifications and applicable standardsManage ITPs, method statements, NCRs and quality recordsLiaise with subcontractors, consultants and client representativesConduct quality inspections and auditsIdentify and resolve quality issuesLead and coordinate the project QA/QC teamMaintain accurate and comprehensive quality documentation throughout the projectRequirementsProven experience as a QA/QC Manager on major construction projectsStrong General Contractor/Main Contractor experienceExcellent knowledge of construction quality systems and processesExperience with ITPs, inspections, NCRs and quality documentationStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to work independently within a demanding project environmentEU Passport is mandatoryIf you are an experienced QA/QC Manager looking for your next international contract opportunity in Finland, please get in touch for further details.
