About the roleOur client is an international software and AI/analytics company, primarily focused on the retail and consumer goods (CPG) industry.We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior QA Expert for a temporary, project-based role. Duration: 3 months.The project involves a web-based BI application developed over the past two years. The immediate goal is to establish a structured and comprehensive manual testing process and build a high level of confidence in the existing system. At a later stage, the same methodology will be applied to the next-generation platform to support a controlled transition. ResponsibilitiesLearn the product, its business flows, and key user scenarios.Build a comprehensive and structured Test Plan and Test Cases.Perform hands-on manual testing, including functional, end-to-end, regression, and edge-case testing.Identify, document, reproduce, and validate defects.Work closely with the development and product teams throughout the testing and stabilization process.Establish a solid testing methodology and foundation for future test automation.Apply the testing process to the new platform and support readiness assessment before migration. RequirementsStrong, proven hands-on QA experience, preferably with web-based / BI / data-oriented applications.Proven experience in creating and executing Test Plans and Test Cases.Strong understanding of regression and end-to-end testing.Experience working closely with development teams.Experience preparing testing processes and infrastructure for automation.Highly structured, methodical, independent, and detail-oriented. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the testing process end-to-end — from methodology and planning to hands-on execution and validation.
