POSITION SUMMARYMaven Wireless is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and improve our quality management system and processes. This covers hardware and software development, production, testing and deliveries – both from our own lab and through external manufacturing partners and suppliers – ensuring that our products consistently meet our high specifications. Maven Wireless is in a scale-up phase, which means this position carries a broad and deep area of responsibility, with great potential to shape our ways of working and contribute to the company's success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement quality management strategies to ensure a consistently high standard of product quality across development, manufacturing and delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements for new products and processes, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.Manage supplier and subcontractor quality, including establishing and maintaining quality control procedures such as inspections, testing and audits to identify and address deviations.Investigate and resolve internal and external quality issues in a timely manner, implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.Support customer inquiries and audits related to quality assurance, providing documentation and evidence of compliance, and drive certification of our product portfolio against local and global regulations.Lead the internal Quality Forum – a cross-functional group for effectively handling quality issues – provide coaching, guidance and support to foster a culture of quality excellence.Develop and monitor quality KPIs, evaluate quality metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement.Drive adherence to relevant quality standards and regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and industry-specific requirements, and stay current on advancements in quality management practices and technology.Contribute to collecting and analyzing environmental data to support sustainability reporting and reduce climate impact. QUALIFICATIONS & BACKGROUNDBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality management within a technology or manufacturing environment, ideally involving both hardware and software products. Experience from the telecom industry and/or a quality leadership role is considered an advantage.Proven track record of implementing and managing quality management systems in accordance with ISO standards.Strong understanding of manufacturing and development processes, quality control methodologies, and statistical analysis techniques.Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality requirements are met.Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and industry-specific requirements.Proficiency with quality management software and tools, such as ERP systems, statistical analysis software, and document control systems.Well-written and spoken English.
