Quantum Solutions ArchitectLocation: Europe – fully remoteSalary: Highly competitive plus excellent benefits package About the OpportunityJoin an innovative deep-tech company developing advanced quantum software and algorithms for enterprise, government, research and academic customers.This is a technical pre-sales / Sales Engineering role, working alongside Sales to lead customer technical conversations, identify quantum use cases, deliver demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, and help progress opportunities through the sales cycle. Key RequirementsYou will be a quantum computing specialist with the technical depth and communication skills to operate confidently with customers.Quantum computing experience is mandatoryStrong knowledge of quantum algorithms, quantum information or quantum softwareTechnical pre-sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture or customer-facing consulting experienceStrong technical discovery and customer presentation skillsExperience with demonstrations, simulations, workshops or proof-of-conceptsAbility to explain complex quantum concepts clearly to different audiencesMaster’s degree or PhD in a relevant technical discipline preferredPostdoctoral or advanced research/simulation experience advantageousMachine learning, chemistry or computational chemistry experience highly relevantStrong independent research and problem-solving skillsBased in Europe with professional fluency in English Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Quantum Solutions Architect, you will:Support Sales throughout the technical sales cycleLead technical discovery and identify relevant quantum use casesManage complex customer technical conversationsDeliver demonstrations, workshops and proof-of-conceptsResearch customer-specific technical challenges and applicationsHelp customers evaluate quantum technologies and implementation approachesPartner with Product and R&D on customer requirements and feedbackDevelop reusable technical demonstrations and implementation examplesAttend customer meetings and relevant conferences across Europe Why Join?A rare opportunity to combine deep quantum expertise with customer-facing technical pre-sales, working with organisations across Europe exploring practical applications of quantum computing.
