The annual compensation figure is a full-time equivalent based on 40 hours per week across 48 workable weeks. It is not a guaranteed salary or earnings level.

We are looking for experienced QuickBooks Specialists with strong bookkeeping and accounting expertise to review accounting workflows, validate financial data, and identify errors or inconsistencies.

You’ll use practical experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop to work with financial records, reconciliations, reporting, invoicing, and core accounting workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

What You’ll Do

Work with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations.Generate and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.Maintain and organize Charts of Accounts, customer records, and vendor records.Review accounting data for accuracy and consistency.Identify accounting errors, discrepancies, and workflow issues.Apply accounting and bookkeeping best practices when reviewing financial workflows.Use practical accounting judgment to identify potential issues in financial records and processes.

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.Strong bookkeeping or accounting background.Experience with financial reporting and account reconciliations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data.Ability to identify inconsistencies and explain accounting issues clearly.

Preferred Experience

Background as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, Finance Professional, or Small Business Owner.Experience managing accounting for multiple clients or business entities.Familiarity with financial compliance requirements and accounting best practices.Experience working across different accounting workflows or business environments.
