Job OverviewOur client is looking for a self-directed Real Estate SEO Copywriter & Website Developer to take full ownership of their online presence. In this role, you will lead the brand's digital growth by crafting an extensive organic search strategy, writing high-quality neighborhood landing pages, and driving social media engagement. This is a premium brand, and the ideal candidate will deliver polished, high-end work independently with minimal supervision. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST (15 work hours per week) ResponsibilitiesDesign and elevate the brand website to match luxury real estate standardsAudit and clean up digital profiles including Realtor.com and search listingsAdvise on strategic marketing growth opportunities and maximum platform utilizationDevelop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings for a luxury real estate brandCreate and optimize hundreds of neighborhood-specific landing pages with authentic, high-quality written contentManage and grow the brand's social media presence across Instagram and YouTube to increase engagement and subscribersSet up and maintain automated email drip campaigns and workflows within Follow Up Boss CRMIntegrate and optimize digital platforms including Google Business Profile, Zillow, and the company website for cohesive online visibilityMonitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics and provide actionable 30/60/90-day strategic plans RequirementsProven experience in SEO strategy and digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or luxury brand spaceWebsite development experienceStrong command of written English with the ability to produce polished, authentic content without excessive reliance on AI toolsExperience with CRM platforms, particularly Follow Up Boss, and email marketing automationSelf-directed professional who requires minimal supervision and can execute independentlyHigh level of attention to detail with a commitment to delivering premium-quality workFamiliarity with real estate digital ecosystems including Zillow and Google Business Profile Independent Contractor PerksPermanent work from homeImmediate hiring NotePlease click the "Apply" button to complete your application, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording.
