RED - SAP EWM / WM Solution Design Lead

RED Global is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Design Manager – Logistics Own Warehouse to support SAP logistics transformation and warehouse-related initiatives within a global project environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP EWM/WM, warehouse solution design, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and SAP implementation/deployment projects. The role will work closely with business process owners, IT experts, workstream leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective warehouse solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesLead solution design activities for SAP EWM/WM and own warehouse processes, translating business requirements into scalable and effective solutions.Work closely with global business process owners, IT teams, and workstream leads to ensure end-to-end process integration and alignment with global standards.Support requirements gathering, business workshops, testing/PQ activities, deployment, cutover, and transition across relevant project phases.Coordinate cross-functional activities, dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery of project tasks and deliverables.Support business users with solution validation, testing, training, and adoption of warehouse processes and systems. Required Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with SAP EWM and/or SAP WM, with good understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.Proven experience in SAP solution design, business requirements, and process analysis within implementation or rollout projects.Experience with end-to-end warehouse processes, system integration, testing/UAT or PQ, and deployment/cutover activities.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global, cross-functional, and matrix environments.Experience facilitating business workshops and translating business requirements into practical SAP solutions.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
