Regional Human Resources Manager

We are partnering with a global organisation seeking a Regional HR Manager to provide operational HR leadership across a diverse international region. What You'll Be DoingLeading, coaching and developing a team of HR Generalists and HR Administrators across multiple countries.Driving consistent delivery of core HR processes, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and global people policies.Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders on employee relations, workforce challenges and people-related decisions.Partnering closely with specialist HR functions including Employee Relations, Reward, Talent Acquisition and HRIS teams.Leading the regional implementation of global HR initiatives, ensuring programmes are locally relevant and effective. What We're Looking ForProven experience leading HR operations across multiple countries.Strong people management experience, with a track record of developing and leading successful teams.Deep understanding of employment law, HR policies and best practice within an international environment.Experience operating within a complex global matrix organisation.Strong stakeholder management, communication and change management capabilities.Based in either Spain, Italy, France, Germany, or PolandBusiness English and any of above languages a plus.
