Restaurant Staff (Malmö)

Connecting Jobs, run by the non-profit organization Beredskapslyftet, supports newcomers in taking their first steps into the Swedish labour market – while at the same time helping employers access new talent. We are now looking for Restaurant Team Members for a well-established Swedish restaurant chain specialising in burgers and street food. The company was founded in Sweden and has grown to a large number of restaurants in Sweden and abroad. It focuses on quality ingredients, offers a wide plant-based menu and values personality and teamwork in its restaurant teams. Location:Malmö Who we are looking for:Restaurant Staff Responsibilities: Prepare and serve food according to the restaurant's recipes and routines Take orders, help guests and handle payments Keep the kitchen and dining area clean Follow food safety and hygiene rules Work together with the team during busy shifts

Requirements: You have upper-intermediate working proficiency in English (can handle most job-related communication independently) Knowing Swedish is a plus Previous restaurant experience is preffered Basic skills to prepare food

What the employer offers: Primarily part-time employment, with hours agreed based on the candidate's and the restaurant's needs; full-time may also be considered Working hours include evenings, weekends, shift work and on-call/standby, as well as some daytime shifts Staff discounts and work clothes/uniform provided Health insurance (sjukförsäkring)

Important: This position is part of a project that is co-funded by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish labor market. The participants hold residence permits in Sweden but do not have Swedish citizenship or EU/EEA citizenship.
