Legal professionals and decision-makers can use natural Swedish language to obtain fast, source-based responses across areas such as family law and administrative law. Each answer is transparently sourced and built on legal logic, supporting a modern legal environment that demands both speed and reliability. The database is continuously expanding and will soon include Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, Italian, UK, and US law.Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gothenburg. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting Legaldigm’s solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing. The specialist will collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns, develop sales materials, and analyze market trends and customer feedback. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, responding to inquiries, nurturing relationships with legal professionals and organizations, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role also involves training clients on the platform’s features, maintaining accurate sales records, and contributing to sales forecasts and strategy development.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive support, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive experience throughout the client lifecycle.Candidates should possess Sales skills to prospect, qualify leads, conduct product presentations, and close deals in a B2B environment.Candidates should possess Training skills to onboard new clients, deliver product demonstrations, and create clear instructional materials.Candidates should possess Sales Management skills to maintain pipelines, forecast revenue, and collaborate on sales strategies with leadership.Experience in legaltech, SaaS, or professional services sales is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in the Greater Stockholm area, with strong collaboration and organizational skills.Proficiency in Swedish and good command of English; additional Nordic or European languages are an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
