Sales Manager | $92/hr Remote

Position: HubSpot SpecialistType: ContractCompensation: $28 - $92/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role ResponsibilitiesComplete assigned workflows and tasks within HubSpot using practical CRM and sales operations experience.Navigate HubSpot features related to contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, reporting, and workflow automation.Create, update, and manage CRM records and complete common sales and customer management workflows.Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.Review task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines. RequirementsStrong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM in a professional environment.Prior Human Data experience, such as data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar work.Current access to HubSpot and ability to use the platform independently.Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing HubSpot workflows.Experience with sales operations, CRM management, lead management, deal pipelines, or workflow automation.
